Terms For Withdrawal

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before withdrawing funds. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Coin4BitLtd, Coin4Bit governing the withdrawal funds.

  1. Withdraw and withdrawal requests
    • Without limiting our other rights or obligations under our Terms and Conditions or these Terms and subject to applicable law you may withdraw money or assets out of your account only in accordance with the instructions provided by us.
    • Subject to applicable laws including but not limited to Due Diligence and Anti Money Laundering provisions we will record, any amounts received and withdrawn from your account in connection with your use of our services.
    • It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with the correct details for your withdrawal. If you provide us with incorrect details, we take no responsibility or liability whatsoever for such losses incurred by you. Therefore, please check all withdraw requests carefully before submitting those to us.
    • You may not be able to take money out of your account if it would leave insufficient funds in your account to pay for any unsettled transactions and/or applicable fees or charges.
    • You may not be able to withdraw the bonus balance in your account.
    • To protect your money or assets against fraud, we may put a limit on how much can be withdrawn from your account.
    • We may charge you a fee each time you take money or assets out. Our fees are available on our website.
    • Subject to our discretion to reject any withdrawal request, all withdrawal requests are only valid and effective if received by us within the Trading Hours on a Business Day.
    • However, we do not guarantee that any of the Instructions will be processed even though they may have been received.
    • Withdrawal requests from you are irrevocable and you are not entitled to reverse or otherwise disclaim such withdrawal request. We are under no obligation to act on a withdrawal request to cancel or amend a previous withdrawal request from you. We may also be unable to cancel or amend an unexecuted or partly executed withdrawal request for any reason.
    • We use our reasonable endeavours to execute your withdrawal request, but we do not guarantee that the withdrawal request will be wholly or partially executed or will be executed by a certain time. Partially exercised withdrawal request may not be cancelled or reversed on the basis that the withdrawal request has not been wholly exercised.
    • We are not responsible for any delays due to a Force Majeure Event, a Network Event, market factors, our own verification or authorisation processes or any other reason whatsoever.
    • We will process a valid and complete withdrawal request by the end of the following business day and processing may be delayed or not processed at all if
      • you fail to confirm the withdraw by email within 30 minutes
      • required under applicable law, including if we have an AML concern.
    • If you make a withdrawal request on a non-business day or public or a bank holiday, we may not process your withdrawal request until the next business day.
    • We may, or may not be able to, disclose to you the reasons for such delay and assume no liability over any delays so occurred. Please note that it might take a few days for your payment processor to update the balance in your account, depending on your payment processor's policy and procedures. We are not responsible for the insolvency, acts or omissions of your payment processor.
    • You acknowledge that all withdrawals are non-refundable.

 

  1. Warranties

To the full extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, relating to our Platform or any Services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services, our Platform, the Related Content, or electronic communications sent by us are free of viruses or other harmful components.

 

  1. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our related corporations, and our respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives, independent contractors, licensees, successors and assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including but not limited to direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable legal fees, resulting from or arising out of your act, default or omission, whether in your use of our Platform, Services, and/or any websites or software in relation thereto or otherwise, and whether in respect of your breach of these Terms or any laws or regulations or otherwise.

 

  1. Other Important Terms
    • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation.
    • You may not transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms to another person.
    • No joint venture, partnership or agency or employment relationship has arisen by reason of these Terms.
    • These Terms and any document expressly referred to in it constitutes the entire agreement between us regarding their subject matter, and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between us, whether written or oral, relating to that subject matter.
    • You agree that you shall have no remedies in respect of any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these Terms.
    • You agree that you shall have no claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation or negligent misstatement based on any statement in these Terms or any document expressly referred to in it.
    • Each of the conditions of these Terms operates separately. If any court or competent authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining conditions will remain in full force and effect.
    • These Terms, its subject matter and its formation, and any other disputes or claims in connection therewith, are governed by the law of England and Wales. In the event of any such disputes or claims in connection with these Terms, you agree to first engage in good faith discussions with us to resolve such dispute or claim. If such dispute or claim is not resolved within sixty (60) days, we both irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
